Train with the Champions -  http://peak4karate.eventbrite.com

Alagas is s  great champion and friend.  Back in the day whilst on my own quest to become World Champion I noticed a young Turkish fighter on the other pool going through his opponents.  I remember thinking I am going to have to WAR this young man as he takes no prisoners.  He went on to win that WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS and I had to settle for a bronze medal.

Over the ensuing years we batted around titles, European and World honours but never actually fought!!! strange. I eventually retired and this man went on, and on, and on, and on and still goes on, and on , and on.  A true Karate legend and along with others a fore father of Turkish international Karate.

This guys Karate is phenomenal and I challenge to to find anyone who says different.  Although I to am a World Champion and a considered authority on Karate myself,  I am excited to be coaching a seminar with this guy.  The workshop is an opportunity to work closing with Alagas and I to recieve one-two-one guidence and an opportunity to ask questions and get advice.

The conditioning session will give an indication of the type of conditioning work needed tp support performance Karate and the Seminar will promisies to be inspiring and dynamic.

Its great to see Busa and Smaal in England to.  What a great oppotunity to train with three of the worlds finest.

Get yourselves there lol!!
